Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting various production processes, focusing on optimizing operations, implementing automation, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations, leveraging your knowledge of Python and machine learning (ML) to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Assist in analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and integrate automation using Python and ML tools.
• Documentation: Maintain and update production records, including process documentation, equipment maintenance logs, and other relevant documents.
• Technical Support: Help troubleshoot production issues, provide technical support, and apply ML algorithms to predict and prevent potential disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards, utilizing Python for data analysis and quality monitoring.
• Safety Compliance: Help ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures in the production environment.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing production reports and performance analytics, using Python for data visualization and insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in production processes and systems, incorporating ML models to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and a basic understanding of machine learning (ML) concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle technical information with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of production engineering principles and practices.
