Job Description:

We are seeking a talented SharePoint Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions using best practices.
2. Customization: Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
3. Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications as needed.
4. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with SharePoint sites and applications.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.
6. User Support: Provide support to end users for SharePoint-related issues and inquiries.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
8. Testing: Perform unit testing and participate in system testing as required.
9. Training: Conduct training sessions for end users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of SharePoint platform including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
4. Experience with SharePoint customization using tools such as SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
5. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
6. Familiarity with SharePoint REST API and client-side development.
7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SharePoint certification(s) such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate.
2. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
3. Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools and processes.
4. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
